Radiance, Then Release
The Full Moon in Aquarius arrives on July 29th, and she is not a quiet moon. Aquarius is the sign of the visionary, the truth-teller, the one who sees the whole of humanity and refuses to pretend otherwise. Under this moon, what has been building in you — the knowing you have been softening, the truth you have been circling — comes fully into the light.
This is the peak of the cycle that began with the New Moon in Cancer two weeks ago. You planted something tender then — a feeling, a seed of intention, a quiet wish for what this cycle might feel like. Now the moon is full, and you can see what grew. Some of it will surprise you. Some of it will ask you to be braver than you planned.
Aquarius does not shine for approval. It shines because the light is true. This Full Moon is an invitation to stop dimming yourself for the comfort of the room — to let your particular frequency be exactly what it is, without apology and without performance.
And Then, Release
Every Full Moon is also a release. The light that illuminates also reveals what is ready to go — the belief that kept you small, the habit that no longer fits, the version of yourself you have been carrying out of loyalty rather than love. Aquarius releases with clarity, not drama. You simply see it, name it, and set it down.
Tonight's Practice
- Write down one truth you have been softening — and say it plainly, just for yourself
- Name one thing that is ready to be released from this cycle
- Stand in the moonlight if you can, even for a moment, and let yourself be seen
Affirmation
"I shine without apology. I release without drama. I trust that what the light reveals is exactly what I am ready to see — and to set free."
