We're four days from the New Moon in Cancer — the deepest rest of the whole lunar month.

If you've been pushing, this is the sky giving you permission to stop. Not forever. Just long enough to empty out and make room.

These last days before a New Moon aren't empty — they're sacred. The waning crescent is the exhale at the very bottom of the breath. We clear space, we set things down, we let the well refill in the dark where we can't see it working.

And then the New Moon doesn't ask what you'll do next. In Cancer, it asks something softer: what do you want this next cycle to feel like? Not achieve. Feel.

Release one thing you've been carrying. Leave the space open. Don't rush to fill it. Let the seed find you in the quiet.
